I dont think anyone will be able to help me but whatever. I saw this movie around 10-15 years ago. Its about a child who gets abducted by aliens. What happens is a family is driving down the highway late at night and then there is a blinding flash of light and then the family continues on home. After that happened the kid starts getting headache and nose bleeds a lot so they take him to the doctor and the doctor finds some sort of device inside the kids nose. Dont remember much more than that.

pretty sure i remember there being some kind of alien tracking device inside a kids nose or something.

If this was it do you know which episode? Although I am fairly sure it wasn't the X-Files as it followed the family, not investigators.
