I think that none of those people are Red John... I think some of them are people who work for red john.

I always thought the guy who was taking pictures at the crime scene was RJ. He had a different personality, and also he has been absent from latests episodes (I guess they dont want to put more atantion to him)
I think he fits the profile of RJ described.
Also i think he is the one who song that poem to Patrick when he was tied up @ freaks.

If you look at the episode names there is one called "The great red dragon" and one called "red john" either of them could be the episode where we find out who he is.
