For a low budget movie, it was spectacular. Not so much zombies, it was kind of like ghost of mars, where a foreign organism invaded the people and made them go bat shit.
There was no eating of people that normally goes along with zombies.

Well technically they were undead because they died and then the alien bacteria took over and reanimated their bodies.

Only has been shown in theaters in the UK so far. World wide release is in December I think.
