serious answer: He's still wanted for his connection to Walt. Even though the Aryans got his confession tape, Skyler and Marie still know about his involvement. Marie even knows that Jesse was with Hank and Gomez right up until their death. When Skyler gives them the bodies, they aren't just going to forget about Jesse because Walt is dead. The massacre at Jack's compound ensures that the team scrapes the place clean, very likely finding out that Jesse was there. There might still be some of Hank's personal evidence at Hank's house. Between all that, Jesse is still very much on the DEA's radar.

So, I think his parents would be happy to turn him in if he went to them. They won't risk themselves by covering for him. The most logical first place to go, then, is Badger and Skinny Pete. He can get some food, sleep and regain his sanity from there. After that, the only angle left for him to go that I can see would be to go to the Phoenix meth-cooking crew and ask for a job.
