probably the best "scary" movies in recent memory. none of that "blood and gore is supposed to be scary" shit. old school suspense with great music.

They were decent in comparison to a lot of the crap nowadays

Worth watching I guess. But horror and thriller based films seem for the most part to be a dying breed. At least ones that stick out or really push the envelope.

Conjuring WAS better. But I still enjoyed Insidious the first couple of times I watched it.
