So there was this movie, came out around the same time as jumper iirc.
Basically it was about people who has powers and they were being hunted and experimented on, and there is this little girl who can see the future and she draws whatever she sees on black cardboard paper using crayons.

Also The Butler totally stole its movie poster from Four Christmases.

and yeah they got it for you push and jumper very similar movies
