It's about two people who get stranded on an island, a working class guy and a rich white girl. The working class guy is doing work, trying to survive, and the girl is all scared and useless. Over the course of the movie they learn to sort of work together and they fall in love. In the end they get home and the guy like buys a ring and is going to propose I guess, but the rich girl leaves with her previous boyfriend and the island guy throws the ring into the water and the credits roll.

It was like Cast Away crossed with Overboard.

It had to be like 90's. And I'm pretty sure the man was foreign as I remember an accent.



It looks like it could be the 2002. I think 1974 is too long ago and the 2005 definitely wasn't it. I'll have to watch it before I can know for sure as I don't remember the movie too well. But ty.
