It would be cool if Gray Matter was reincorporated somehow, but it seems unlikely. Especially unlikely is them being Lydia's connections since those connections are in Europe.

Now that you brought it up, Gray Matter would be the PERFECT cover for Walt in the future. Large amounts of chemicals can come and go without suspicion, it's a big business so they could launder all the money through it, he is a chemist that was involved with the creation of the business so its perfectly reasonable for him to work there.

Maybe the series will end with him "conquering" his old friends and using Gray Matter as the head of his new empire.

Gray matter already is a cover for it.. The chezchs are gray matter IMO, I'll be surprised if I'm not super close on this.

Elliot's last name is black in German and Walters is white where they got gray matter, the chezchs Lydia refer to are involved with madrigal which is also a German company. Just saying lol

Let's say that Gray Matter is related (because I want to believe it).

Madrigal is a German company with an equipment depot in Albuquerque. Lydia claims that she is taking Walt's meth and exporting it to Czechoslovakia.

Gray Matter is an American company located in New Mexico or at least near it. It's not a stretch to imagine that Gray Matter may have been using Madrigal as their distribution company. Hell, we could even suppose that Gray Matters just happens to do a lot of business in Czechoslovakia so Lydia is choosing Gray Matter barrels to place the bags of Meth in. The DEA might even end up using Walt's connections to Gray Matter to uncover the link to Madrigal, Lydia and the whole current operation (although it seems 2 episodes wouldn't be enough time for it).

Even with all that, however, I still don't see how Gray Matter could be the Czechs. Wherever Lydia is sending all of Walt's blue meth, it's not ending up on the radar of Hank's branch of the DEA.
