The only part of this movie I wasn't crazy about was the final act with the monsters. Even that was amusing in its own way (although it was obvious they were just trying to go off of what made Pitch Black so great). The first 2/3 were exactly what I wanted in a Riddick movie. 7.8/10 from me.

Riddick 3 was an horrible failure, the 1 & 2 had some good sci-fi content, at least...

the 3 is even dumber than 1 & 2, and without the sci-fi content... lol.

was this one pretty much only him fighting monsters, like in pitch black?

or was there more human action, like in the chronicles of Riddick?
