plz explain the last part where jesse found out his ricin cigarette is gone. what's the big deal?

Jesse didn't find his ricin cigarette gone, he knew it was long gone.

Originally in S4 he suspected Hule lifted the pack from him for Walter (which was right, but Walt convinced him otherwise). This time, Hule lifted his weed bag, and he realized that when he patted himself down and found it missing. However, when looking at his cigarette box (which is a completely different box from the other one), he simply connected the now-confirmed weed snatch by Hule to the old risin box snatch. Therefore Walter did lift the old box after all. Knowing that Walter tried to steer him towards Gus being the culprit in the past, and knowing that the real poison was Lily of the Valley, he pieced together Walter's old plan to poison Brock and frame Gus so he could turn Jesse against Gus.

why does it matter now? Gus is dead and Brock is alive. what's the point of exposing his old plan?

Jesse knowing that Walt poisoned Brock causes Jesse to turn against Walt.

well i still think he's overreacting by burning down walter's house for something that happened way back
i mean Brock is fine, and jesse knew very well walter's been using him
so why stir the pot now

Walk has manipulated Jesse since day1 of their relationship...

Maybe he is just THAT sick of him being so manipulative as hinted to with the desert scene.

I agree that is the underlying reason for the anger, but I also think that this particular brand of manipulation made it get completely out of control. Brock and his mom were borderline becoming like family members to Jesse.
