quite possibily, he hasnt landed a main lead yet with Tarantino so he doesn't get the girl...ok ok in Basterds and Django he does arguably "get" the girl lol but u know what i mean

I thought Django sucked dick and it was only riding the remaining coattails and shock value that was delivered in Inglorious Bastards, which is FAR and above the better movie.

That's because QT didn't get enough gasps at his portrait of Nazi relationships towards "Jews". So, he went one step further with his next film and brought up the portrayal of White Americans and their discrimination of Black Slaves.
