As for fallout 4, they pretty much confirmed it. But keep in mind Elder Scrolls Online is around the corner and they don't want to compete with their own game (while they're being done by separate studios, their QA and marketing departments are the same and it would cut into each other if they released or developed side by side. So it may be a while before we hear more about the next fallout.

Also, it will be made by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks, not Obsidian Entertainment like Fallout New Vegas was, so if anyone was disappointed in that game, they can look forward to it not being made by them.
