just a utter failure.

sat through the whole 2 1/2 hours asking when it was going to get better. I do not know how any producer or anyone associated with making this film thought it was good.

the action seens were short and boring. the amazing "chase" scenes at the beginning of the other 2 craig bond films were stripped out for a shitty boring 2 minute motorcycle chase and a very stupid train scene ( what was the point in ripping half the train apart if he was just going to run across to the enxt car anyway?) where he is shot in the lung and keeps going like nothins wrong.

there was no love story. and anytime he got with a girl we would see him walk up to her and maybe kiss her and then it literally cut to the next scene of them in the morning waking up, or him just in a totally different area and we dont see anything else about it.

like 10x pointless scenes of him just traveling around the world. drinking his life away in some far out country. then about a 3 second scene of him in some bar in another place getting a call to go somewhere else. cut to that other place for 5 seconds then we will fly somewhere else.

and what about the whole depressed thing? he gets shot and i guess is understandably tired of the lifestyle or mad at mom for giving the shoot order, but didnt quantum of solace literally end with him coming out of his "slump" and depression and ready to work again? and within 10 minutes of skyfall he is drinking and medicating himself to death because he doesnt care about life? what the fuck

the main villain was just stupid and horribly thought out. BRB my sole purpose is revenge and i have a clear shot at mom and i dont take it. brb one guy interrupts us and i shoot him and still have time to kill mom but i dont. brb i have endless time to kill bond but i do some pointless game with him and he gets away (twice). i realize its a bond film but can we get something a tiny bit more realistic than bond in a house with a 2 shot and reload shotgun vs 20x goons with automatic weapons and grenades? seriosuly

and why exactly cant mom tell m16 or anyone on her side where her and bond are going? the breadcrumbs could be left to indicate only her and bond, but why not have backup from someone else.

terrible action scenes, no love story, horrible general story, horrible villain/purpose

to each is own i guess, i loved the movie.

the only nitpick with this movie was toward the end when they were on the ice and the guy holding a gun behind bond gets so close that bond can disarm him

that made me lol

it's like "I could stand 10 ft away and mow him down instantly if needed, but im just gunna get 2 feet behind him. hes only a secret agent trained in all forms of combat...WHAT'S THE WORST THAT COULD HAPPEN"

I know it happens a lot but this was so blatantly obvious and stupid


Other than that I loved the movie.

i jus found the actions sequences boring. no love sub plot. no beginning epic chase scene. too many dumb/way to unbelievable ideas/ bad villain/ he never cares for M then all the sudden shes like his mother.

oh well. maybe the next one will be better? wonder what craig thought about this 1. i know he wasnt happy with quantum
