I was watching Suits S01E11 "Rules of the Game" when I heard Mike Ross introduce Harvey and Louis. I remember hearing the phrase... "Doctor, Doctor" somewhere but cannot remember where. I think it was Doctor At Large, Doctor in the House, Star Trek, or M*A*S*H. Can anyone help please?

None of the above actually. It was a reference to the 1985 movie 'Spies Like Us' featuring Chevy Chase and Dan Aykroyd as wannabe spies.
I can see why you thought it might've been M*A*S*H though.
