Alright so i'll give what little details i know.

So what i can remember is 2 girls ( might be 2 guys with them not sure ) crash a car and end up in a ghost town but they don't know theyre ghosts or undead n such
Theyre unable to leave the town for what reason i cant remember. I just think that the people wouldnt let them leave i guess. Anyways 2 guys are also in this and are part of it trying to help them i think
The sherif of the town ends up making someone dig there own grave and the person attacks and kills him i think and he comes back to life somehow.
In the end the girls go back to the car crash site trying to escape and find both their dead bodies in the car and realise theyve been dead the entire time

Kind of sounds like farm house, but it's not a ghost town and there's no sheriff. It did start with a car crash and they ended up their own personal hell.
The dead all along trope isn't used too often so it should be easy to find but the only films I could find that were similiar were farm house and the others.



Did a search for dead all along tropes and couldn't find anything that matches it.

Except their car crashed at the end, not the beginning. There is a sheriff though.

the people that crashed were in there 20's i do believe. It would be 2 girls for sure so it wouldnt be a family thing

the car i wanna say was yellow lol. A smaller car, not a van suv or truck

It is in a farmy area though, maybe not a sherif there but the guy made another guy dig his own grave but then he attacked the guy and tried to run away.

car crash might not be seen at the front i just assume it was i forget. I feel it was at the begining which is why they went into the town, then near the end they found the car which they didnt know was there and saw both their bodies dead there.
