Haunted house pretty much but it's a really good series. Real good :D.

The theme of the first season, is about infidelity and ghosts in a house called the murder house. Basically a family deals with screwed up neighbors and a haunted house along with their own dysfunctions.
The theme of the second season is sanity, takes place in an insane asylum during 1964, and explores science, religion, demonic possessions and aliens and how that affects the inhabitants, some that aren't even crazy.

Don't know that serie, but theme of the 2 nd season looks sick.

Thanks for this, probably going to be starting the second season in a week or so. First season was pretty good, and I enjoyed the ending

I heard the second season has nothing to do with the first, if so.. how does that make it exciting?

I want to start watching season 2, but have been put off on this matter.. how is it comparable to the first.. same characters?

The first season came to an end...I don't see how they can add on any more. Unless they have another family move in...or talk more about the baby that was born. But, I think it ended quite good.

Many shows have seasons that aren't related, but follow the same theme.

some shows even have each episodes that has a whole different story, I relate to the show where a skeleton used to do the introduction, creep show I reckon.
