My girlfriend recently got me into the "Heroes" series, which she hadn't seen in a few years, so we watched it together, only to make it to the final episode of the fourth season to realize that the show had been cancelled back in 2010.
I really enjoyed the series, it kept me entertained on late nights.
I need a new show to watch now..
Here's some shows I've previously watched: Prison Break, House, Breaking Bad, Dexter, The Walking Dead, few others that I can't think of.

What are some of your favorite shows, and why?

My next planned series is American Horror Story, unless someone can suggest something better.

Glad you just made this thread...I was going to start watching it on netflix. Now I have to find something else, I am trying to get into Mad Men but idk its not catching my interest too much.

It's still worth the watch, but you're just left out in the cold with the final episode.
There's still so much that is supposed to happen, and it doesn't.
It's a really good show, the acting of some characters isn't the absolute best (especially the younger ones) but the show itself has a good story line.
It jumps around between characters a lot though.
I'd definitely recommend watching it if you get the time, I'm just really sad there isn't more.

As for Game of Thrones, I watched a few episodes of the first season and it was unable to catch my attention, perhaps I'll give it another chance later.
I'll look up Justified, see what it's all about.
