I like the concept for season 2, but they could do a better job with the story line. I mean Demons, aliens, and zombies???

I loved season 1 but I knew right away that season 2 wasn't going to be good when I heard it was completely different and it was about a killer in an insane asylum. I'm still watching it but it's not that great.

Season 1 was okay, except for the last few episodes and the finale - total letdown. Season 2 isn't bad, it has potential. I'm annoyed about there being aliens involved, but I'm waiting for some kind of explanation.

Adam Levine gets his arm ripped off. That's an A+ in my book.

I find it interesting that no one has mentioned a major difference in this season

at least to me, it seemed to be steeped in social commentary
maybe its just me

but the whole God vs Science is a big theme
and obv mental illness, humane treatment, etc

also the stigma of being falsely accused, IE the bloodyface kid, and the reporter who believed the lies
then changed her mind

it doesnt seem as "horror" centered as season 1
but i love the new direction,
again, thats just how i saw it

but its good to explore those topics, especially in the context of the 60's

I agree. Season 2 is like a regular old show that you could watch any time. Season 1 seemed more special.
