The actor who plays Happy from SpiderMan / Iron Man (Jon Favreau) is in Friends Season 3 Episode 18 "The One with the Hypnosis Tape" which aired 3/13/1997.

He plays a tech millionaire that tips Monica $20,000 and all the friends want her to get with him but she's reluctant.

I saw him and I was like "woah! He looks young!"
