Lots of people seem to not like them because they don't look like the originals, but I think they looked pretty cool. I never grew up with transformers though so no nostalgia there.

The new transformers resemble what people grew up with, but to me they look plastic and fake compared to Bays.

When the first movie came out they looked cool.

Now, not so much.
