Hunter is zoom, so only 2. Although the man in the mask could actually be the real Jay from E2 & the Jay we knew was some type of clone. It sounds a little loopy but t would explain why Jays DNA was breaking down as well as why the man in the mask was so upset after he spelled out J-A-Y & Barry was like yeah, Jay is with us but isn't here. It was like the man in the mask was saying Nooo!!! I AM Jay.

But who knows, we'll have to wait and see

That wasn't E2 reverse flash. It was a time remnant from barry closing the paradox induced hole in the sky.
