I'm pretty sure the prophecy was in the show? Maybe I'm mis-remembering, but either way, Martin told them how he wants to end the show, and her dying is going to be one of the final pieces. She's going to die by the same person she dies to in the book.

They showed the prophecy and covered the fates of her children, but stopped short of including the valonquar part.

Checked it, and that is indeed the case. They might have done that to leave a more open range of possibilities and have her killed by anyone that fits the plot at the time.

Regardless of the prophecy, Jamie is imo the most possible candidate... especially since I now see that they don't have to worry about the hands bit

Maybe she didn't poison her at all and is making the mom suffer. Then after she's suffered enough, Cersi, or her legion kills the mother with the real poison and makes the daughter watch. After that the daughter is gifted to the zombie.

This season has some sloppy ass writing is all I'm going to say. The budget has been amped, but all logic and reasoning has been thrown out the window. Very disappointing when this show was built on good story-telling and not just says "fuck everything we did before, look at this FUCKING CGI BOI". WE HAVE CHARACTERS WE CAN'T KILL OFF BECAUSE YOU CARE ABOUT THEM TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH! AND IF WE DOOOOOOOOOOOOO, WE HAVE NOTHING TO TELL ANYMORE. SO WE'LL ADD IN MOMENTS WHERE YOU THINK THEY DIED, BUT YOU KNOW THEY DIDN'T BECAUSE HOW DOES THE STORY PROGRESS?!?!?!

Meh, I've invested so much time into this and even seeing Not Dany and Jon meet and about to fuck is way to hype for me to care. Still... if I saw this season first, this show wouldn't be a 10/10 show how I view it as. It'd be a basic ass show.

I'm calling it now though, Dany or Jon is going to die by the end of this show. It's just a fact. It's kind of forced, and that's what kills it for me. It's just so fucking obvious. And Dany is obviously the one going to die. It's already been foreshadowed by Tyrion about "breaking the wheel" and keeping it broke. Jon is going to be the one who keeps it that way after some "tragedy" or gay shit. Dany and Jon fall in love, she confides in him, they love lalalalalalalala gay shit. And she dies. Why is this so obvious to me? That's the only route they can go. Unless they all die. Which is better, but also.... just. Meh.
