At some point in the series everyone needs to learn how to use paper weights....They love sending papers all over the floor when the flash is needed.

I saw a trailer for this series but it looked kind of directed toward a kid-audience (more-so than Spiderman 1 even).
I remember a friend recommended this show to me...is it worth the watch?

are you referring to the flash? i havent read the comics, so i can't compare them. in my opinion, the writers stretch everything to create drama. on one hand, he's fast enough to travel through time. on the other hand, a gang of kids with bb guns and tasers could beat half the villains who happen to kick flash's butt. i'd describe it as more of a teenage audience than 8 year olds.

I've honestly been confused about the target audience of flash / arrow. They're really comic book corny which make them seem pretty kid focused, but then they throw in random ass humor that seems pretty advanced (lots of weed jokes in Legends of Tomorrow I think it was?). They're a very weird mix of mostly corny kid stuff and adult content / humor. Flash probably the corniest imo.

They're made for immature adults and/or nostalgic comic book readers.

I love them all tbf. :d

The Flash is excellent at creating some emotional moments. Supergirl started out as a complete shit show pushing hatred for white men especially straight white men, but they brought in some help and the last 2 episodes have been good. Can't get interested in Arrow or Legends.

If I worked at star labs I would have my stack of papers underneath a stapler, just sayin.

But then how are you supposed to know when a speedster is nearby?
