if anything, Cersei is fucked...So fucked.
I'm not saying I think she will get out of it, but she's been fucked a few times before and has always come up with some sort of answer:
-She seemed to be in quite a pickle when this episode started.
-She has been in the church cells.
-Remember when she was sitting on the Iron Throne with Tommen on her lap and a vial of poison ready to drink as soon as the door opened?
The factions you listed put her in a tough spot, but it's not worse than what she's faced in the past. For all we know, they could all end up focusing more on fighting each other. The only people who view Cersei as their top priority are Tyrion, Olenna and the Sand Snakes. If those people die or run out of steam, Cersei may be able to wriggle herself into some situation with a more neutral party, such as marrying Littlefinger.
But there is another factor that is the biggest threat to her security right now: her deteriorating mental state. The show hasn't put the same emphasis on this as the book, so they might be cutting it out, but the fact that all 3 kids are gone now should be ramping things up a lot on that front.
