The first one is one of my favorite MCU movies. It is up there with the first Iron Man movie imo.

The 2nd one is average as fuck though. It isn't bad but it doesn't stand out like the first one.

I thought gotg2 was funnier than the first one, but I hated the plot.

not sure if this was answered, don't feel like reading through whole thread, but is he not able to shoot web out of his wrist or w/e like original movies?
i don't read comics, and i feel like this wasn't really answered.

He has never been able to shoot webs out of his wrists besides in the Sam Raimi adaptation.

Normally he has canisters he puts on his wrists with a button be presses with his fingers. He created the device and the super webbing material himself. After all, he is a genius.

i was never super into spiderman, only watched the movies
don't think i really paid attention to the amazing spiderman movies, so i was a little confused last night
pretty interesting stuff, i guess i feel they didn't make toby's spiderman super genius

Saw it tonight. Not really sure how I feel. I think it is objectively a better movie than any other Spiderman movie but I think I enjoyed the Andrew Garfield movies more. I mean I know that a lot of people don't like them but I think that they did a better job being a Spiderman film. Homecoming was way too Avengers focused. All of the Spiderman stuff was great but all the Avengers stuff was so boring. I think I would have enjoyed it more if it distanced itself from the other Marvel movies. Like how the Thor or GotG movies are seperate despite being in the same universe.

I think most people(95%) liked tony stark being in the film. All the other spidey films were already him being alone... it was time for a change
