Yes alien covenant was close to mediocre. Too bad because the potential was real with Prometheus. IMDB note should not be 6.9 but 5.5 or so...

The Prometheus sequel was decent. Certainly no masterpiece, albeit I wouldn't say it was utter shit either.

Better than Prometheus, but that's not a hard bar to beat. Still not good though.

Prometheus = rewatchable at all times

Covenant = hard to sit through the first and only time

Prometheus was so much better... I still liked the movie, but it could have been so much fking better..... it was also so obvious that it was David at the end.

When he dropped the tubes on them from the ship? That was a memory of what he did to them. I'm left wondering why the runes had no technology despite them building space crafts. Maybe wasn't their actual planet only an outpost? Or after thousands and thousands of years is that all that was left of them?

Pretty sure David killed her, dunno how shed die in the crash into the planet in that spaceship that barely looked broken.
