I don't understand why you're suggesting or justifying one girl being harassed over another......it's a cruel world and this behavior happeneds, and this show (book) has drawn up a lot of conversation about the importance of respecting others because you never know what the consequences could be.
If Bryce mentioned that it was to try to turn her on (according to his logic, where girls are sluts and like to be treated like a piece of meat). He treats every girl like that... if you remember there's a scen where he's like that to the asian chick, and another one with the black girl that is nice to the elderly couple, and during the dance he does that to some other girls (leading Justin to come in and apologize for his behaviour, saying that Bryce has no class). The rumours and best ass list didn't change anything, he would have acted like a rapist piece of shit in any case, because that's his standard behaviour.
What I meant about the harassment is that the show stresses several times that Hannah is not seen as a 10/10 chick, and that, while still cute and attractive, there are other hotter girls out there (Jessica being the most stressed case). So, it doesn't make much sense if Hannah got more sexual attention/harassment than the rest.
