i was thinking that Tuco being out of the way allows Nacho to move up the ladder with the business he wants and that leads to him finding Gus

Nacho, knowing how useful Mike is, connects Mike/Gus for their business

Gus being as careful and meticulous as he is, you'd think he'd find out about this whole Tuco situation and exactly how it went down. Him being who he is, I'm assuming he'll contact Mike directly because of how cautious and resourceful he is. Pretty invaluable traits to a guy like Gus.

I'm guessing we'll see him in the next 3 episodes.

Still, this show is just crawling along. Not much happening, everything with Saul has been boring as fuck. It's just stupid, he's an idiot, and I just don't get what the point is anymore. The story to me seemed like they were trying to play Saul up as a good guy who because of a series of unfortunate events and betrayal said fuck it and went to a life of shady bullshit. This second season has just been him fucking up time and time again, making his brother right, and really distancing the viewer from feeling anything for a guy who keeps getting opportunities but absolutely refuses to do anything with them.

Agreed. Seeing that office kid dealing drugs on the side was a connection to all the lawyer shit that felt long overdue. Seems like we've been waiting forever to finally see one minor interesting thread pop up.

Still way too soon, even if this would happen. For sure not this season at least

with the rate the show is progressing atm i wouldn't mind seeing Gus now...but yeah its way too early for him

Patience. It's picking up again. Mike is single handedly saving this season though lol

About all it's got going for it. I really enjoyed the last season and I'm irritated with the decline in season 2. Regardless, I'm going to watch the whole damn season. I believe 100% that it'll pickup fast at some point and I'm not missing it.

Saying Mike is "saving this season" would be like saying Barry Sanders "saved the Lions". He's great and he makes them a little interesting, but he doesn't save them from being the Lions.

I identify as a fan of BCS, but this season has been lackluster. I expect to Gus' face to be the final frame of the season finale and act as the cliffhanger. If he doesn't show up, I am going to feel disappointed.

I still wonder if they plan to do the "Rise of Gus" series that was talked about. That'd be fucking sweet.
