As Arbiter said, I didn't feel like reading the first 87 pages either haha. So hopefully what I list you haven't seen.
1. "Paint Your Wagon" - A western musical movie with some comedy in it, which I don't think you would mind. Clint Eastwood stars in it as well, if that makes a difference.
2. "Creation of the Humanoids" - Great sci-fi movie from the 70's I believe. Even has some deep philosophy towards the end.
3. "Naked Lunch" - An interesting interpretation of William S. Burroughs' book, with the same title. Little bit weird of a movie.
4. "Eraserhead" - A very strange movie. I actually am not sure what it would be classified as, but probably is closest to being a sci-fi.
5. "'Twin Peaks" - A great tv series (that can be found on Netflix) that has comedy and some action in it.
6. "Rubber" - Was a bit of a weird movie, but I would still say a very good one. Probably would describe it as sci-fi.
7. "Dazed and Confused" - A very good movie about some high schoolers on their last day in the 70's that is very funny.
8. "Fantastic Planet" - Quite the trippy animated sci-fi movie.
9. "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" - A great movie about some high schoolers over the course of one year. I think you may like the middle of the movie ^^
10. "Full Metal Jacket" - Hilarious movie, more so the first half, about the Vietnam War.
11. "I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell" - A hilarious movie about three guys celebrating one of their bachelor's party.
12. "Pulp Fiction" - A great gangster movie with some humor.
13. "The Big Lebowski" - A hilarious movie about two men being confused for the other.
14. "Yellow Submarine" - An awesome animated Beatles movie.
15. "Grandma's Boy" - Hilarious movie about a video programmer having to move in with his grandma and her two friends.
I would say most of these are decently old movies, with one being a tv series aired in the 90's, but hopefully my quick summaries/thoughts of them will help you in choosing to watch them or not. Enjoy!
