A lot of people agree with this Chelsea... I don't know why you insult everyone who thinks differently than you. Still waiting for a good copy, but everyone I know who's seen it, said it's EXACTLY what I thought it was going to be. It's an even more dumbed-down version of GotG, with less plot, more bad one-liners, Thor and Hulk lol. It's fine if you love this shit man, just understand that this painfully simple formula is getting old to most adults. My friends and I legitimately enjoyed a lot of the Marvel movies when we were younger, but after seeing the same thing over 20 fucking times, it's just hard to still enjoy them.

Thankfully the studios are at least trying to cater to an adult audience from time to time, with things like Logan. That movie was above average, and if the ending had been a bit better, would probably be in contention for my #1 hero movie of all-time. Still, it gives me hope that people are at least trying to make good shit, but this Avengers garbage has been bad for far too long now. First Iron-Man is literally the only great movie of the bunch, the rest of them have been okay, meh, or bad.

Going to justice league in 2 hours pretty excited. I know I'll like it even if it is flawed.

Just seen it, don't know why since I tend to dislike the recent Superhero stuff.
Movie was "meh"... which sums it up perfectly for me.
Stupid nonsense, infantile humor and I forgot the entire plot in a heartbeat after leaving the theatre.

Just got back. I'm really torn. There were a lot of good things and some bad.

Spoilers below:
They really nailed Batman and Wonder Woman and Cyborg. Seeing Affleck Batman was like seeing the comics come to life. It was awesome and surreal. Way better than Bale imo.

Aquaman was a lot better than I thought, I absolutely loved the scene where he confesses, probably one of the only true genuine funny parts of the movie.

Superman would have been good but that fucking actor ruined it by refusing to shave. His cgi mouth looks so fucking bad. How was that even allowed to happen? Honestly fuck that guy.

The Flash. I am really torn on The Flash. They did so much of him right, but man did they do so much wrong. It's like they beat him with the Marvel stick and it sucked. Most of his one liners felt ripped from a shitty Marvel film, like gotg2 when you could tell they were just trying way too hard. Also they nerfed the fuck out of his powers, hopefully that's just because he is really new to this. His stand alone film has a lot of space for him to grow.

Overall I liked it, the sound track was phenomenal, but all the dceu find have been top notch in that respect. Hearing the old themes being adjusted is just a great little nostalgic nod. Not too hard of one, it was just enough. I can't praise the sound design enough tbh.

I think the story was a little bit out of order, I think it would have worked better if it was cut together a bit differently.

Lol the humor was honestly so shit. I laugh at a lot of the lines in marvel, but then there are some really shitty ones, and then there is DC humor which is honestly just a flat out joke

Marvel isn't better, maybe even more childish. The only difference is that DC tries to copy this sense of humor and fails to some sort.

Let's not pretend that these brainless blockbusters are poetic and philosophical masterpieces.
