Because it doesn't fit the narrative and it would be boring.

She's also not a gruesome person.

Players are suppose to immediately show their hand once going all-in and the table has called. It was a pretty dumb scene tbh, seems like they could have cut to scene mid-game and he could have asked people what they had and then forced them all-in knowing he had a better hand. That would have made sense.
