I dont think they had kept any blood from the trials in the needles...
At 1st glance when he opened that "case" they all looked empty.

I think they didn't use all of Kevins blood, and that what Crowley used.

Actually enjoyed that we got to take a peak into Dean's past. It really does illustrate how much he's been there for Sam and how every decision he's made has been for his brother's benefit. That moment at the end where he was like "I don't know what you're talking about" was quite touching when Sam fully realized the extent of the things that went down. Dean was truly happy and he had someone that was proud of him, someone that treated him like a real son instead of a soldier. Let's give Dean a real love interest one that can actually keep up with him, heh.
