Except they have no real way of telling what you are seeding, just that you are seeding. Unless you are seeding a file with a tracker that was released by a company so they can find people that torrent illegal things. But then is it really illegal? I mean the company is the one giving it out.

Anyways you are safe from everything if you use a private torrent site. They can tell you torrent bit not what you are torrenting, they basically send the letters out to people who torrent a lot as a scare tactic. They can't do shit in reality.

You just said exactly what i said but drug it out to make extra sentences out it. Like those stupid questions from school books back in high school where they wanted you to give a 4 sentence answer to a questions that required about 10 words to answer correctly.

Wrong. You can get list of peers for given torrent hash. Anyone can view the swarm of any public torrent. HBO can literally fetch torrent from public tracker and see who has how many % and test if he's uploading.

But as you said: private trackers ftw. BTN allowed this upload *hint hint*. What they can do in reality depends on jurisdiction. People in Germany get in a lot of shit for torrenting publicly. Or, basically, 1000 euro fine.

I'm not trying to say this show has no flaws ... but ... you can take whatever flaws you think this show has and shove them right up your ass. When you have 7 seasons of buildup culminating in scenes like this, the amount of greatness in this show drowns out any imperfection 10 times over.
