Probably best show I've seen!

Episode 4 so far holy fuck it's good ! not a show you can be intoxicated well watching though so much goes on

This showed required too much effort and understanding from me to be good to watch.

I have to keep in my mind they are intentionally making it cheesier than a packers fan and not just being bad at making a tv show and i can't keep that up after a few episodes lol.

i know i know i just keep seeing the shit that inspired it in my mind and go...dude stop thinking about it and just watch it and i can't seem to do that lol.


one of the problems with wanting a nostalgic feeling in your work is sometimes it's disappointing as hell to see how easy i was to please back in the day lol.

literally just kept flashbacking to like the goonies and stuff instead of watching the show because it seemed like i should just go watch actual 80s movies that way i don't have to confuse my brain into thinking this new stuff is from the 80s the whole time.

I feel sorry for you if you thought this requires to much effort to watch.

lols as do i. im a classic overthinker so i have a hard time becoming immersed in movies and tv shows. tend to drop out of the movie and be like...didn't his watch just show 1 o'clock how the fuck did it skip to 7 o'clock while he walked to his car 10 feet away?!

like how they keep the monsters out of clear view 80s style just makes me think about how its 80s style lol. i just start thinking of the cheesy low budget movies that did this because they had poor costume design that would never hold up to being seen clearly lol.

Since you haven't finished the show, you would eventually find out that the bold statement is untrue pertaining to stranger things.

Also, the show isn't cheesy.

gonna chime in because i watched the entire series recently while in bed with a back injury.

i thought it was a masterpiece in just about every area. i'm really impressed and i headed into this subforum to see if it was being discussed. yep.
