I agree with this. I love the show it's my favorite but this episode was just totally weak in every way. The alleged character development was cheesy and made no sense. It completely missed the point of what is supposed to happen to Jon over this battle(developing into a leader).

I'll just say the season finale won't disappoint you :)

@kayeto: I thought the episode was done fairly well. I thought the self-sacrifice bit was a bit much, but it serves the purpose. The combat was way better than in previous episodes, and Ygritte's death was done as well as I could hope for.

In any case, next ep will be HYPE

If the kid didn't have a smug look on his face after he killed her it would of been better, like he should of had a shocked look or something. Was so hoping she would let go of the arrow and kill John Snow 'cos he knows nothing

Why would he be shocked after she killed his parents ?

Still he would of been surprised or shocked that he hit her not smug.
