That might be true, but I don't see how you reach that conclusion based on what the we saw.
#1- Her remorse is only meaningful as part of the Saviors' subjugation technique. Killing them all throws that out the window. Any remorse she may have felt is now useless. Leaving her alive could potentially cause problems for Simon. She might come looking for revenge. She might leak the truth of what happened to the other Saviors.
#2- We saw Simon tell his men to "light em up". He didn't move her out of the line of fire. Assuming his men started firing when we saw, she would have been once of the first ones hit. Simon would have had to tell his men to stop, pull her away, and then let them continue. It seems odd that a key moment like that would have been excluded from the show.
