This show would be boring as fuck if the walking dead version of walkers served as the main antagonist......like really you want to see them just kill mindless zombies all episode?

I disagree. The prime of this show was when the zombies were the main antagonists - S1&S2. I'm speaking solely on the show, not the comics.

I understand that the human aspect is important and is in need of showcasing, but they're really getting away from zombies in general.

Reading is tough. I would like MORE interactions with zombies, not significantly less. Which is where we stand right now.

Yes it must be for you as I was never responding directly to you due to bolded text.

What kind of more interactions do you mean?

S2, they were in a farm and got overrun by a zombie horde. Years later, the humans who survived have learned to adapt and live behind big walls. They interact with a zombie horde by sending it in a controlled direction into the Sanctuary. I don't feel like their quantity of zombie interaction has changed, it's just the nature of the interactions that have evolved. But that's just what makes sense. Carl doesn't have to stay in the house anymore, he can casually walk around alone and hack zombies down with a machete. This is what makes sense given the world the series takes place in.

Any group who hasn't figured out how to casually handle zombies wouldn't exist anymore for there to be a show about them. The way it happens is the ONLY way it could be happening.

people would have learned fast to make spears, so in time of peril, they couldgo for high ground, a van, a car etc. and pick em off very efficiently by piercing skulls with it. One person could take out a medium sized horde in a couple of hours this way and be tired but safe.

see this is what I've been saying since season 2. Medieval combat techniques are ideal for killing predictable, slow moving zombies with no armor. A pike, some light plate mail and some favorable terrain = clearing zombies would be comparable to working in a warehouse. No big deal at all, teenagers could probably do it safely.

But in the end, it comes down to humans being the bigger threat to each other because of greed or whatever other reasons.

point remains, you can't attack what's up there until you clear the minions

Just like Rick can't shoot Negan until they sit down for an 'i told you so' conversation in which Rick uses clever catch phrases that refer back to their previous encounters

that's how this dance works

Its Baals image the reason you can't attack him.

Real baal was guarding the world stone the full time in case tyreal teleported in to destroy it.

Ever wonder how tryeal got in the throne room after Baal dies? He was waiting for you to kill him. If he was really in front of the portal summoning minions tryeal could just port in and destroy the stone.

Both Baal and the images he makes of himself can be attacked later in the Worldstone Chamber (after the minions are clear). The images can not be attacked before the minions are clear.

Therefore, the fact we examine to differentiate whether a target can or can't be attacked is NOT whether it is an image. The minions being clear is what unlocks the ability to attack the targets.

Its a different type of image reason it's not attacking or be attacked. All it can do is laugh and cast curses.

Fkcing everyone knows this shit.
