Negan announced they were going to war. Wouldn't it make sense for him to attack right away? Presumably he had a lot more people that could fight. Whereas the groups he was fighting were all scattered and injured. His best chance to win was to attack right away

im betting the beginning of this season starts with a montage of a raid by ricks group or something. i hope they dont fuck up this season because they have some awesome source material to make this the best season yet.

How do we know that working with Negan is impossible? Does anybody else have a plan for how Humanity can reclaim this continent? Is anybody we see a better leader than Negan? If brutal subjugation is the only method for Humanity to band together isn't that just like what happened in our real history?

Confused by the list scene. Did nothing we saw actually happen? Or was that a flashback to before it happened?

I'm not sure but I'm leaning towards believing the bulk of what we saw did happen.
