Right there with you, worst season easily. I'm not against character development but they have so much filler and irrelevant content

That being said the most recent episode was good so go watch it

I'm done defending it. Show is too slow now.

I was trying to be patient, and i do enjoy character development, but I'm pretty disappointed with this season too.
There is still time for the final couple of episodes to wow me, but I don't think they'll make up for the lack of story development in the rest of this season.
I mean, where did we leave off last season? "Bad shit has happened; war with saviors imminent." Where have we progressed to this season? "Bad shit has happened; war with saviors imminent."
If I were to recommend this show to someone as a binge watch, I'd probably tell them to watch last season's finale, maybe the first episode of this season to get on solid ground again, read the quick episode descriptions on wiki for most of the season, and then skip to this season's finale.

Swear to God if it ends with a cliffhanger of someone dying again I'll lose it...

ill admit the last few were kinda boring. but overall its just setting up the big fight.
