Finally got around to watching this most recent episode.
All I can say is lol. These new scavengers are just a filler because they weren't even in the comics. And they used an entire episode on them. And completely unnecessary for them to have broken English, like they were all around before the zombie apocalypse so they know how to speak English correctly. The show probably will never explain it either.
Such a snoozefest.

And it's only what? Like 3-4 years since the outbreak now? No way they lose speech in such a little amount of time
Plot twist: they've been there since before the apocalypse and are only vaguely aware anything is wrong.
They've actually been robbing and murdering people in that dump since the Great Depression. Evading police investigations has been possible due to how large the yard is.
