I've been paying attention to some details in Gotham and it seems my first impression of the timeline might've been wrong.

Gotham seems to be taking place 10-15 years ago judging by the phones, TVs, etc. I'm not counting the cars because I think they're just using those to fit with the gritty, run-down settings of Gotham.


So who knows about the future? Maybe... (super hopeful)

I was hoping for some Lazarus pit action where he comes back as some crazy assassin for raz.
Was nice seeing slade again.

Slade has been in a cell doing nothing for a long time.

Oliver has been actively testing his limits throughout that time. Oliver was more or less able to hold his own(ish) vs slade high on mirakuru.

Thea was trained by malcom (still cant believe she should ever have gotten that good tho) and they were 2v1 and had a gun.


It's really not all that far fetched for Slade to have been defeated when you think about it.
