I have a feeling that the hell hound blood and the saving the innocent from hell represent the duality of man, light and dark.
Because when he bathed in the blood, it seemed to me that his hand glowed a darker red and when he saved the innocent, it was a brighter white. Dunno.

Wouldn't been a way to cure Benny, the cure for vampires only works if they just turned and never killed someone. Ty Olsson is a boss though, such an under rated actor, was disappointed that his show Borealis didn't receive syndication.
