The time between them getting the stones and using them wasn't huge. I am sure they sent her a message and she got there asap...

Edit: really the biggest issue is when she got the gauntlet from Peter she should have just used it.

I was happy with most of it. A few issues but minor.
Also why didn't they have every hero there to begin with? (The ones still alive I mean). The biggest moment in the Universe. I guess it makes sense if they wanted to be with family or something and weren't immediately available.

Everyone was there. It was the dead ones that all showed up. I guess half or the army of Wakanda could have been there to help out, but the Avengers didn't plan on shit going down like that. They assembled every last superhero and tried to carry out their plan, which of course got fucked up for a stupid reason.

I do think Marvel was underutilized, but they explained it well enough. I also don't think they nerfed characters, I think they made Thanos too strong, but I mean I get they kind of had to.

Honestly the worst part of the movie was that feminism charge. Like what the fuck is a stupid bitch with a spear going to do to help a fucking Godlike being?

Edit: I don't think they spent too much time on any specific place, I didn't mind the length of the movie. What I kind of didn't like was the drastic tonal shifts. It honestly felt like it should have been 3 different movies.

Also wtf happened with Loki. Huge plot hole they never addressed.

E2: also I don't know how you can say they reverted Thanos character. Literally nothing about his character or motivation changed.

im not sexist or anything, but i literally laughed out loud when some chick in the theatres yelled "GIRL POWAAAAAAAAA!!!" during the last fighting scene with all the superhero chicks gathered up going yoloo

I did see Thanos' change at the end being a case of him going "This is why we can't have nice things", regarding his decision to go postal on the entire universe, rather than just half. Because these meddling humans can't just leave well enough alone. He did mention that "if someone remembered, someone could resist", and that wouldn't necessarily extend to just the Avengers.
