Real sports are completely different.
The level of actual hardwork real athletes go through to perfect their craft is nothing like playing a video game for 10 straight hours.
Lmfao.
A lot of successful pro gamers, especially Koreans play 16+hrs a day. That's pretty much practicing all the time aside from sleeping.
It takes skill to play games that long and not get burnt out mentally, I personally get burnt out after a game or two of csgo.
Oh, they patch games too. League is a perfect example, these gamers practice like shit to get good, only to be fucked over by game changing patches before a huge match, which ruins their hardwork/career that they pursued giving up school.
Saying shit I bolded is one of the most dumbest fucking thing ive read.

Sounds like you're pretty ignorant to the amount of hard work actual athletes have to do to be a professional
most start when they're children
Games don't last forever like bball, baseball, football etc.
They come and go, die off, new games etc.
If dota2 can last the next 200+yrs, Ur gonna see kids starting early too cuz they see a future in it.
No idiot is gonna get their child to start gaming that early to perfect it, only to find out they moved onto dota3
There's a reason why we aren't pro gamers, u gotta be absolutely top 5 in the world to make what? Couple millions? As to Lebron, Durant, Federer etc
U man enough to tell Ur kid to drop out of school to focus on gaming 16+ hrs a day and improving fast enough to reach that goal before the game dies? Better off gambling Ur child's future by telling him to study 16+ hrs a day no lyfe and become a respectable engineer imo.
Just cuz u play 10+hrs of games a day doesn't make u go pro, look at some of these jsp users playing games all day, they're not pro gamers are they? Lol
