No, it means she knows what she is talking about. Essentially what was happening is they were both saying factual things, because they both knew what they were talking about.
We essentially have 3 options:
1) she is hans daughter and the scene hints at it.
2) she is lukes daughter and the scene is explained by ani being her grandfather + luke and hans friendship seems to have extended to lukes daughter.
3) random parents, scene is now random and awkward.
The scene was clearly giving the impression of a similarity specific to Rey+Han that goes beyond just generally both "knowing what they are talking about". It was laying it on thick. If you deny that, you are just lying to yourself or something.
