If you notice the people that could potentially be his delusions only ever interact with each other or something else that could be a delusion. It never shows them ineracting with people outside that.

Yeah i noticed the evil corp thing. I thought we were jist hearing it through Elliots perspective and that's just how he interprates it.

I think he's refering to his "darkness". Which im starting to believe is the audience, us. Maybe if he makes his darkness a person he can cope with the situation better.

I'd like to address this point. Everything you listed isn't an I to E swap, just the appearance of it. A social outcast introvert that finds their niche will most likely still be very much an I outside of the niche. Homosexuals coming out doesn't mean they are changing from i to e, it also doesn't mean they were i to begin with. People with extraordinary circumstances beyond the normal are not what the test is designed for.

Personally I think I have grown a lot over the last 5 years. From a very very introvert person to a more extrovert/introvert balance. Which kind of ducks because now that I want to do more extrovert activities I don't really have any friends (The struggle is real). But I used to not like being around people at all, being alone was when I was most happy, though college and forced public speaking however I have changed (but not completely).

It is not something that happens overnight, you don't just flip a switch and go im extrovert now because people know I'm gay! Chances are you were already extrovert > introvert but that little bit of introvert mixed with social repercussions of being gay/whatever situation made you look introvert>extrovert.

you're mixing up your cause and effect. these examples aren't examples of what it means to go from introvert to extrovert. they are examples of the types of situations natural extroverts endure in which they hide their true nature, causing them to display characteristics of introversion. when released from the expectations or pressures weighing on them their true nature can come out.

This was my whole point, aspects of your personality do not change, except by serious effort (effort you obviously aren't putting in, just sitting alone wishing you were an extrovert won't make it happen) or professional intervention. What changes is the situation, like i've said 3 fucking times now:
When in a more relaxed environment the true nature of a persons personality can come out.
