Season 2 finishing without ever finding out what happened to the little girl would be the equivelent to not finding out what happened to merle imo. We were introduced to both of those characters, we learned of their personalities and characteristics, it's not like they were some random characters in the show.

I think not learning their fate is part of the point... But yeah what the fuck did Jenner tell Rick.

well if you look back....they said they would leave a message for the girl that they are down the road at that house.
