I just don't see how you wouldn't want to have tie ins with people that have super powers given that it's green arrow and he's an important part of the DC universe.

Oliver recovering like this is dumb. Even a fictional universe needs rules and boundaries. Should have given him Mirakuru. He was stabbed through the chest and kicked off a cliff... Should be dead.

It was like the only logical option.

It's possible they're taking from the canon of Tatsu' sword the soultaker. It took the souls of those they killed, it also allowed her to also perform a ritual to reincarnate the souls contained within, albeit with complete control of the subject.

She's also a master herbalist, so it's possible that she may be able to mimic the qualities of the lazurus pit without using the pit.

They'll most likely fit it in via flashbacks eventually.
