I think it would be unfair on the actor AND character, solely for the sake of suspense. They have the option to allow the audience 4 months to reflect on everything the character has brought and instead that would be reduced to one week

This has been bothering me: How did the Saviors know where Alexandria is?

The only other outside person who we can confirm knew about it is Jesus. Is he playing both sides?

Did they know about us before our surprise attack on them? Or did that attack just cause them to realize there is some other group out there they hadn't found yet, so they started searching the countryside and found us?

Right before Dwight took Daryl's bike, Daryl did say mention inviting Dwight back to join us. Was something said during that conversation that told them where to look for us?

Alexandria was a new set of track homes that were just built, theres signs for alexandria all over the place saying "come buy a home, starting at $249,999" or something along those lines i assume.
they showed at least 1 sign when those thousands of walkers got off course and went to alexandria due to the truck horn going off when they crashed it into the gate.
