I haven't heard any feedback on what I've posted :( I think most users are just using this to post what they like, +1 +1 +1. Can't say I've seen anyone recommend One Tree Hill or Gossip Girl in this thread, but I did like A Beautiful Mind

New show on Showtime. House of Lies. It's a comedy based around a management consulting firm starring Don Cheatle. Only one episode in, and I fucking loved it.

Yeah at about page 35 I kinda gave up on this I still want to continue the thread but ever other thing that's reccomeneded has either nothing to do with what I like / already know about it because there's billboards and trailers plastered everywhere / or it's just something I've already seen
example Sharlotts post
Every movie he posted is all pretty much in theatres how would I not have heard of them ?
A beautiful mind maybe I could have missed this but seeing I'm quite the film geek ofc I've seen it
I won't bother breaking down the shows I assume you get my point

I'd love to chat about some of the reccomendations but most people post just looking for free fg and don't really care about stiring up a conversation although I've already stated that fg isn't being given away anymore unless the show is retardedly good and like I finish it in a few days ( pg like 37 ish )

I know lots of great movies but they don't really fit your criteria for comedy etc... Mongol, Kill the Irishman, all lesser known but definitely drama lol

normally with genres that i dont enjoy they gotta be like 8 + on imdb for me to bother with unless I just simply like the trailer and the review

great scifi/thriller movie, "Event Horizon"
also if you enjoy foreign movies you should check out "Oldboy." Its got one of the most disturbing, yet fantastic twist endings to any movie i've seen.

Other movies that twanged my brain... Southland tales, Mulholland drive, adaptation, waking life, being john malkovich...

Let me know if you've already seen all of these and i will delve further into my collection to throw you some new bones. I'm a BIG film geek as well, and im always looking for new films if you can recommend any that were hard to come across please do!
